We are proud to introduce the latest addition to our expansive range
of services (tube manipulation and tube bending). Our new equipment is capable of bending round, square and rectangular tube as well as profiles or special shapes, in fact
pretty much any number of bends in any combination of directions that
takes your fancy.
Now JMR Section Benders can offer an even more comprehensive
service, increasing our capacity for small and medium lots. With
the very best finishing for special materials such as stainless
steel, copper, brass, aluminium, special alloys and mild steel,
this apparatus is already proving to be an invaluable resource.

This
multi-talented machine has a maximum capacity of up to 76mm (3"
OD, 2-1/2" GAS) of round tube in mild steel and a wall thickness
of 3mm, along with a wide range of bending, from R-10mm to R-400mm
We have also installed a new mandrel tube manipulator
which will enable us to bend thinner tube to tighter radii without
distortion. |
